Payment Options
We accept major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard) and PayPal for fast, secure checkout.
Returns
We accept returns for items shipped by us that are faulty due to our error — for example, a wrong or damaged item. To start a return:
- Email us at support@alibama.store with your order details.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty due to our error.
Refunds
- Refunds can be requested within 30 days of the ship-out date. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.
- If approved, the refund is applied to your original payment method.
Haven’t received your refund yet? First check your bank account again, then contact your card company and bank — it can take around 5 business days for a refund to post. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, contact us at support@alibama.store.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (same day).
- A processing and transaction fee of 1.5% of the order value applies to cancellations.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, email support@alibama.store within 24 hours of placing your order and our team will help arrange it.
